Sous Vide Style Cooking

This is something totally new to me. Cooking in a vacuum pack at a constant low temperature over extended period of time.

Reminds me a lot of the thermal induction cooker, which I just bought.

Maybe I should try ghetto sous vide cooking with that pot eh?
